 Mogaji Joseph Tegbe, the Oyo South Senatorial candidate under PDP, wishes all the primary and secondary school students “Happy Resumption” as they resume back to school for a new academic session 2022/2023 and he advices them to take initiative by choosing to study a topic ahead of time so they are better equipped once the teacher introduces the topic.

He also said, they should learn to take initiative by being proactive and persistence in pursuit of their various goals.

Furthermore, students must be able to see what needs to be done and decide to finish the task on your own without waiting for someone else to request you to do it.

In conclusion, he said “always remember you are to make impact, be a good ambassador of your family, Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole”.

Ahead of the forthcoming 2023 general election,the Stakeholders and Members of People Living With Disabilities have drum support for Governor Seyi Makinde so that the good work can continue beyond 2023.

The Stakeholders of PWD’s gave the support to so appreciation to Governor Seyi Makinde for what his administration has done for People with Special needs in the last 3 years.

The meeting according to

Special Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde on People with Special needs Hon Olufemi Timothy solicited support of stakeholders and members of People Living Disabilities for re election bid of Governor Seyi Makinde.

Hon Olufemi Timothy explained that since the commencement of the Governor Seyi Makinde led administration, welfare of members of PWD’s had been given priority.

“Let me categorically tell you that We are lucky to have Governor Seyi Makinde at the helms of affairs in Oyo state because in the scheme of things especially on giving political appointments to people with disabilities in all the 33 local government across the state is unprecedented.”

It’s also on the record that this administration has employed appreciable members of PWD’s into to the Teaching profession.I want to tell you that it is the Governor Seyi Makinde philanthropic gesture and his milk of kindness that gives greater hope of PWD’s in the state.”Hon Timothy said.

Hon Timothy also urged the stakeholders and members of PWD’s to collect their permanent voter cards and vote for Governor Seyi Makinde and other PDP candidates in the forthcoming election.

The meeting had in attendance some Supervisory councillors including Hon Ajibola Owolabi Ibadan North East Hon Oyedeji Olusegun , Ibadan Southwest Hon Yisau Olayiwola,Ona Ara, and Hon Adeyemo M.B from Oluyole local government.

Others are Hon Abideni Alabi from Lagelu,Hon Adekola Tajudeen Ido,Hon Rasaq Aderemi Adeleke From Akinyele Hon Omoluke Janet, Iseyin LG,Hon Kareem Sulaimon Adetunji Saki ,Hon Alabi Temitope Atiba and two Stakeholders former Supervisory councilor Hon Akinsawe Musa and Hon Ibeh Chukwuma

The Landmark occasion

 Hon Femi Timothy Sunday, SA on Special Needs to the Governor,  with his team of Supervisory councillors and SAs,  the Pastor Femi Ibikunle graced the landmark occasion, where we had lunch with the housemates at Rehabilitation center for the disabled, Moniya, Oyo State, today, 16th of September 2022.

This wouldn't have been possible, if not for the courage, love, care, and believe, His Excellency, governor Seyi Makinde have in persons living with disabilities in Oyo state.
